Coordinate Estimate
East component of GPS only (green) and GPS+GLONASS (red) PPP solution for IGS station MTKA. The top and bottom panels show cut-off angle of 17 and 15 degrees, respectively.

The jump of the coordinate around 5:50 UTC is due to co-seismic motion of the Tohoku-oki earthquake on March 11, 2011, while a jump in GPS only solution in the top panel at around 5:15 UTC is noise due to limited number of satellites with the setting of higher elevation cut-off angle.

Such artificial jumps in limited sight condition can be reduced by using multiple satellite system.
